Jiu workout

Tonight was pretty much a usual night at the dojo. After the warm up, we did throws and techniques. Since I was paired up with lighter partners, I was harder for me to work on muscular resistance, so I concentrated on speed and technique to work the cardio aspect a little. It ain’t much, but no training is truly wasted.
