Holy sh**!

Small post tonight… keeping with trying to do *something* everynight, I actually bested my old nemesis – gravity.

You see, one of the exercices in crossfit is the handstand push-up; someting that’s very hard to accomplish. I can manage 1.5, that is I go up and down once, and down again. This time around, I manage to do 3 full ones before collapsing. THREE!

That’s it. 🙂
